The FTO will be developed at Solapur Airport with dedicated infrastructure for aviation pilot training. The Airport Authority of India has made space available for the FTO, which will include a hangar and other essential facilities required for practical aviation training for pilots.
The facility will be developed with the objective of creating a suitable training environment where aspiring pilots can strengthen their practical flying skills, technical understanding and aviation knowledge.
